To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and other materials. Returns must also be accompanied by the original invoice.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Installed Products – Items that have already been installed in the vehicle.
- Opened Electronic Accessories – Such as dash cams, LED lights, chargers, or wiring kits.
- Stickers, Decals & Custom Accessories – Once applied or removed from their original packaging.
- Sale or Clearance Items – Products sold at discounted or final sale prices.
- Custom Orders – Specially ordered or personalized items.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or due to an error on our part. If you have further questions about non-returnable items, feel free to contact us.
Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. Products must not be sent back directly to the manufacturer.
If you refuse delivery of an already shipped order, you will be responsible for the associated shipping and return costs.
If approved for a refund, the amount will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 7 days to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you experience delays, please:

Warranty Policy
- Most products sold by Ridetweaks Automotive come with manufacturer warranties or guarantees that cover merchandise for a specified period.
- Refer to the documentation provided with your product for detailed warranty information.
- If a product fails within the warranty period, contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
- All returned items will be inspected to determine warranty eligibility.
- Based on findings, the manufacturer or Ridetweaks Automotive will decide whether to replace, repair, or refund the item.
- Warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
