Order Status
We know how eager you are to receive your order from Ramy Automotive! Here are a few guidelines that will help you understand your order status and track your package:
– Pending: Once you place your order, its status will show as “Pending.” This indicates that we have received your order and will process it shortly.
– Processing: Our team has reviewed your order, and your items are currently being picked, packed, and prepared for courier pickup.
– Complete: Your order has been consolidated, and the items are ready to be shipped. Our courier partners have been notified and will collect them from our warehouse soon.
At this stage, you can track your shipment by visiting one of the following services:
Enter the tracking number provided in the shipment email from Ramy Automotive to monitor your package.
Additional Order Statuses:
– Closed: This status indicates that you have returned the ordered products, and a full refund has been issued.
– Cancelled: Your order was canceled due to incorrect credit card details after several attempts. Please contact your bank to resolve the issue. If you’d like to reorder, visit your Account Dashboard, select “Reorder,” and proceed to the Shopping Cart.
– Pending Payment: You have checked out but have not entered your credit card details yet. If you closed the payment page, the previous order will be discarded, and you will need to place a new one.
